Vintage pot metal flower brooch, a dandelion I believe. Marked HYG on the back which I've never been able to learn much about. The flower has a blue rhinestone center and smaller aqua blue rhinestones around it. No flaws. Has that matte zinc tone to the metal that I have not polished.
